The Reynoldstown Civic Improvement League (RCIL) brings neighbors together to celebrate, connect, and care for our community. From hosting the annual Wheelbarrow Festival and organizing the Thanksgiving Basket Drive, to keeping our streets clean with quarterly cleanups, graffiti abatement, and the tire roundup, RCIL works year-round to make Reynoldstown a place where everyone can thrive.
We also lend a hand to neighbors in need, support our seniors, and advocate with our local leaders to make sure your voice is heard.
