Core-ography is led by NASM certified personal trainer, Deborah Chambers.

Core-ography is a dance-based retreat for your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll go beyond traditional abdominal work to explore the true "core" of who we are through self-reflection, mental focus, and joyful movement. Blending core conditioning, cardio, and house and hip-hop dance styles, this upbeat, energetic experience is designed to build community, confidence, and joy.

Participants need to bring a water bottle and themselves
